Train ........Shivarathri :p

Since last 3 months i did not go to home sweet home. So i planned to go home for shivarathri holidays and its very difficult to get the tickets, had to book tickets one month earlier to Bangalore :) . As usual on Friday Feb20th ....i was very excited because i am going home after a quite long time.....So we (me and my collegue) started from office Friday evening and boarded central (railway station at 10'o clock) and had food at my favorite Sarvanna bhavan.train started at 11.30 P.M. and reached Bangalore at 5.40 A.M....i was suppose to catch one more train to ma hometown ...seeing such a long queue i decided to go by Bus though its bit tiresome and also commutation takes long time by bus.
For a change while returning back from shimoga to Bangalore. This time i thought to commute by train...so that it wont be all that tiresome and can commute easily from Bangalore to Chennai also.....but last time somehow i had missed the train so this time (with my brother) started lil early from home and somehow i could get the tickets and even the seat :).
An old man sitting in front of me and a family sitting on the right side :).....it was nice to watch that family with two cute kids and they were very naughty, playful. Old man sitting opposite to me always ends up asking where i am going and what time train reaches Bangalore though he was getting down at Tumkur :p .....As train started moving it was so damn crowded there was no place to keep my leg also...and one lady with her grandkid came and stood before me.....after sometime the kid was sitting next to old man and again old man started asking this lady where u commuting to and other stuff....baby started crying and the lady had to pass the baby to her daughter......then baby's one of the finger ring was missing ...they started searching which she never found.....Then train stopped at Birur Junction it was expected to stop there for 45 mins …but some other train had to get attached but ended up waiting for one hour :( ......Somehow in this commutations i even could not open my lunch box and have food  …so waited till it reached Arasikere and had home made Chapattis ….Again it stopped for 45 mins…but then I thought it will reach Bangalore on-time….It reached Yeshwanthpur only at 10:20 P.M. and my Chennai train was at 10:45 P.M. …I was going on calling my brother and parents that I am going to miss my train….I thought of getting down at Yeshwanthpur and catch a auto to Majestic….But I was not sure of traffic in Bangalore.. So decided to go by train. but again he stopped after Malleshwaram for 15 mins It was 10.40 P.M. then also I did not loose the hope to miss the train. I thought even that train mi8 start late…all the train are same…But its not so….by the time I reached Bangalore railway station it was 10:48 P.M.I had asked my colleague to message the platform number and as soon as I got down from train I started running to wards platform…station was so damn crowded and later I got to know that I was heading to wards wrong platform….so it was 10:50 P.M….. still I thought I can catch that train and asked one of the tea shop guy about platform and he said the correct route and also he said that train has already left the platform and I can catch 11:45 train…then again I don’t know why still I had hope catching the train I was running ……I saw that platform from the bridge and it was empty…..Night 11 P.M in railway station what to do how to catch other train and I do not wanted to stay in Bangalore and waste half a day leave. Even at that time going by Auto alone to home is lil scary…..i knew that I wont get seat in the bus and in train I was very much sure that I have to go in general quota not reservation which I wud never opt .Again I started running so I thought at least I can reach home lil early for my bad luck my mobile battery was dead….so when I was on my way happened to meet a police guy and I told him the story that I missed the train …..so he was like you might not get seat in reservation may be you can travel in general ..but he also suggested me to go to enquiry counter ……then I had to rush there and had to explain my story to him ….he said there is train a @ 11.45 P.M I was like sir am sure I wont get any seat in sleeper class right …he was like no you will get I was happy but how about reservation…he was like you can do that and I was so happy ……..he asked me to fill the form and borrowed pen from someone and filled it and submitted…but he asked me 160 rupees…I even did not have money for that and again I withdrew some money and got my ticket and after that I checked 101 times whether really I have got ticket or not …..again I started running and I had to go to 5th platform and I have to pass thru under ground and go to that plat form…I was entering that platform…one side there was a train I was like OMG train has already reached. I do not wanted to miss the train again and again I started running …but from far I don’t see any board saying that Bangalore->Chennai..it was some other language …the only I realized I have taken way to 6th platform ,at the same time one police guy was calling me and said where you want to go and I showed him the ticket…..he was like train is not yet come and s14 compartment comes here itself …don’t run and go slowly .I was waiting for the train and I wanted to say all this story to someone whom I know but I did not know anyone there and even my mobile is dead…god at last train came …but there was no s14….so again I started running to wards last compartment and there was no s14.Some one there said that it gets attached in the front…OMG again I was running…though I cant run….i reached and is aw one familiar face it was my collegue I told him all the story and was satisfied …reached Chennai next day morning 7.30 …I just realized how kareena was acting in jab we met when she misses the train…but there was shahid kapoor to help…but here no shahid …I know am not kareena tooooo…never trust train to reach on time…
